When adjusting to the breastfeeding journey these things saved my nipples! They are cooling and keep them from rubbing or getting stuck to bras or shirts. Super easy to clean and easy to use. Just pop them in your bra and they even hold in some of the breastmilk that may leak out which helps heal them anyways.
